**Salary**: $976 per week

Biological Control Systems Pty Ltd is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Retail Employee Level 3. As a leading company in the Perth metropolitan area, we specialize in promoting high-quality products, including MetaBuz turmeric chai tea and AloeBuz anti-aging serum for skin and hair.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell MetaBuz turmeric chai tea and AloeBuz anti-aging serum.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and effectively communicate product benefits to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to sales.
- Knowledge of the General Retail Industry Award 2020 is desirable.
