Permanent Role - Full Time (Monday - Friday)

Cox Purtell is currently working exclusively with a top Australian business in the Commercial property to hire a Corporate Concierge to oversee the front office function at their Melbourne office.

They are a National business that lead the way in the industry, there is some impressive tenure in the company and great career progression opportunities are available. It's a very collaborative and warm culture and most importantly employees truly enjoy their jobs.

In this role you'll be the face of the business. From welcoming members to work each day, to responding to any requests or concerns that might arise. It all begins and ends with you. This role would suit someone with impeccable customer service skills and could suit someone who has a retail or hospitality background with management/supervisor exposure.

**Main Duties**:
Act as a concierge to meet and greet visitors
Welcome employees and visitors and assist in directing them appropriately.
Answer incoming calls, attend to enquiries from customers, visitor’s and members of the public generally in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
Proactively review and manage all meetings and events to ensure a premium experience, assist with room set ups when necessary and maintain meeting rooms.
Assist with ordering of catering as required, seek/provide technology assistance when necessary and manage room booking conflicts to support business
Curate flexible workspaces and maintain all public spaces to ensure a professional image is presented at all times.
Assisting clients with their needs or access to services such as meeting rooms or kitchens etc
Respond to client enquiries and complaints and help solve issues promptly
Assisting the greater team to develop and foster connections between clients, including introductions and event support
Collaborate internally with other teams to develop and deliver exceptional client events within the space
Prepare and distribute promotional or marketing materials or property related memos to clients via EDM / CRM, digital displays or posters

**Experience required**:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A bright energetic personality bringing a warmth to each interaction
Have one to two year's experience in a fast-paced customer service, reception or front of house role
A common-sense approach to solving problems
Will be self-motivated and genuinely interested in building great customer relationships
Be able to demonstrate exceptional professionalism and presentation
