- Excellent stakeholder management skills - Capable of handling discussions Senior Execs
- Experience in guiding team, drive negotiation and analysis and/or acceptance of changes within the account.
- Anticipate potential project related problems. Utilize refined techniques for identifying, eliminating, or mitigating solution, project, and business risk
- Delivery of large-scale projects
- SAP Infrastructure project or operations experience preferred.

**Required Domain Skillset**:

- Good Understanding of Redhat Linux
- Good Knowledge of Windows
- Basics of Citrix
- Basics of Networking

**Roles and Responsibilities and shills required**:

- Support, manage and administer a multi-service SAP environment based on Redhat Linux and Windows operating system
- Basic knowledge of Citrix XenApp Infrastructure and other critical components of Citrix
- Manage and support System lifecycle management (Patching, updates etc.,)
- Familiar with domain services including AD, DNS and NTP services
- Work closely with product owner, Teams, and clients in identifying dependencies and providing technical solutions
- Good customer and vendor management skills
- Ability to create the project documents as necessary to detail
- Good and effective written and oral communication
