**Exciting Opportunity**: Supply Chain Supervisor - Help Develop Our Growing Logistics Network
We are a thriving Australian-owned company, with our headquarters located just north of Brisbane. Specialising in aftermarket spare parts and conveyor belting services, we cater to a diverse range of customers and industries. Since our inception in 2009, we've experienced consistent growth and are on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team.
**Position**: Supply Chain Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee our supply chain operations and manage a small team.
- Support the development of our logistics across Australia and internationally.
- Help develop and maintain systems to ensure we meet ambitious shipping timelines.
- Ensure efficient and effective warehousing and distribution of products.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales and warehouse staff, to optimise process and help our business scale.
- Manage and track inventory levels, orders, and deliveries to meet customer demands.
- Support quality assurance / control checks on stock in and out of our warehouses.
- Develop and implement strategies for streamlining operations and reducing costs.
- Lead and train team members in supply chain best practices.
- Collaborate with various departments to forecast needs and schedule deliveries.
- Uphold safety and compliance standards within the warehouse environment.
- Proven experience in supply chain management or adjacent fields of expertise.
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to develop internal process to enhance operational outcomes.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal teams and external partners.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial processes.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
- Current forklift license and driver's license

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
