Ayers Real Estate, located in Wangara, is looking to employ a Receptionist/ Administration Assistant.

The role is a Monday to Friday position from 8:30 am to 5 pm.

Must have a current driver’s license, and your own transport is preferred, free onsite parking is available.

Personal attributes
- Smart presentation, well groomed
- A Friendly, confident and professional personal phone manner
- Efficient time management, ability to manage multiple task and work under pressure at times
- High literacy skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy

Skills and Duties Include (preferred, training also provided )
- High level of computer skills
- Experience with Cirrus8 ( property management system )
- Experience using REI Forms
- Meet and greet clients
- Managing incoming calls and enquires, relaying messages
- Property, company, trust, and GST searches
- Tenant Reference checks and searches
- Ability to work with and support our Sales and Leasing, Property Management, and Marketing departments.
- Housekeeping, managing staff amenities, offering clients tea and coffee
- Managing and stocktaking of stationary office supplies
- Opening and closing sales and leasing files, general filing and archiving
- Data entry and updating records
- Incoming and outgoing mail management
- Maintaining and updating key and property access registers
- Liaising with settlement agents, strata managers, accountants
- Assist with preparing financial information, outgoings budgets, and invoices
- Other general administration duties as and when necessary

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 2 years (required)
- Real estate administrative: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Wangara, WA 6065 (required)

Work Location: In person
