Due to significant growth in our services, we are seeking an experienced client services specialist to join our dynamic team at mecwacare’s centralised admissions office in Malvern. As the face of mecwacare, this role will be responsible for providing a first and long-lasting impression for enquiries and admissions into mecwacare’s growing number of residential aged care homes across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.

This is an opportunity to join a supportive team focused on providing advice and support to potential clients and their families, ensuring timely and appropriate placement into a residential care home. To be successful in this role, you will have an eye for detail and you will be passionate about providing an excellent end-to-end customer service.

**What you bring**:

- Excellent customer service skills and strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Proven ability in lead generation and converting inquiries into placements.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in having financial conversations with potential clients.
- High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Current Victorian driver’s licence.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of the Aged Care Act and Principles 1997 and other regulatory requirements relevant to residential aged care.
- Previous experience in the residential aged care, home care or hospital sector would be highly favourable.
