About the Role:
The Salvation Army is seeking a Max-term 12-month Full-Time Project Analyst to join our Strategy and Enterprise (SEP) Team in Blackburn, VIC. Bring your project skills and help coordinate processes and conduct reports to maintain efficiency in projects throughout TSA.
Reporting directly to the EM Governance, Assurance and Reporting, you will coordinate between multiple teams and co-workers, ensure the quality of ongoing projects, and manage essential processes. Also rest easy knowing that your work directly and indirectly helps others.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitor projects and provide project status and financial reports on them.
- Coordinate quality reviews for projects, ensuring that the project stays on track to meet it’s targets.
- Keep up to date documentation on all relevant information.
- Assist with the onboarding of new team members
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Use PPM tools to ensure that targets are met, and the project is delivered efficiently.
- A relevant business qualification such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration
- Prior experience in this role is a necessity
- Experience in providing analysis and administrative support for Project Management Office projects and programs
- Understanding of Waterfall and Agile project management methods
- High level of proficiency in MS Office Tools (Excel / PowerPoint / MS Project/MS Teams and SharePoint)
- Experience in Jira
- Aged Care experince is a bonus
