**About the role**:
We have a permanent opportunity for a **Principal - Transformation PMO**. As part of our newly formed Transformation Office this role will lead the coordination of the transformation portfolio, ensuring the overall portfolio delivers its objectives. The role will lead monitoring and reporting of the business planning and delivery of Transformation initiatives, including management of inter-dependencies, risks, and issues. It will also ensure decisions are made at the right level and in a timely manner.

**What the role will involve**
- Ensure development and maintenance of ‘single source of truth’ and performance reporting across the transformation portfolio
- Define and maintain the governance framework and controls for the transformation portfolio, ensure key monitoring and controls procedures are in place, including tolerance levels and escalations
- Provide expertise and support to Executive Sponsors, Initiative Owners and Delivery Leads throughout the portfolio lifecycle
- Lead deep dives to de-risk initiatives and rigour test business cases and implementation plans
- Organise, lead, and facilitate key meetings, forums and working groups
- Conduct onboarding and training for Executive Sponsors, Initiative Owners, and Delivery Leads
- Communicate and collaborate proactively with stakeholders across the Corporation to cultivate productive and effective working relationships
