Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team to work alongside our other two receptionists.

We have a team of professionals including Psychologists, Psychiatrists, and Endocrinologist who deliver effective, safe, and evidence-based health services. We actively collaborate with General Practitioners and other Medical Specialists to achieve a state of well-being for our patients.
- Medical receptionist (experience required) and administration: your role involves but is not limited to Greeting patients, attending to telephone calls, and booking and rescheduling patients' appointments.
- Accurately completing client billing and payments (e.g. Medicare, Workcover, DVA and private patients)
- Document filing, scanning, and preparation of the patient records
- Adhering to clinic policies and procedures
- Attention to detail, with excellent spelling and grammar skills
- Calendar management, including booking patient appointments using Coreplus - cloud-based software.
- You must have a current valid driving license.

**Hours**
- Monday to Friday 0830 - 1730 NSW time
- Casual - at least three days a week

**Salary**:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour - based on experience and performance.

- Medical admin: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
