Founded circa 2011, Atomi began with just a few
_how-to_ maths videos. It turned out that students and teachers enjoyed our simple, engaging and practical style. We now deliver millions of lessons to students yearly, inspiring a love for learning beyond the classroom and empowering students and teachers to work better together with data, insights and more.

We are now looking for a Subject Team Lead (Maths) to join our Content team. The Subject Team Leads work closely with the Operations Managers and the Head of Content, to drive and deliver our content offering. The Content team takes a values-based approach to enabling high-quality content production at speed. We bring together research, planning, innovation, academic expertise, design, writing and production to create market-leading content tailored to our markets and demographics.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage a team of content creators focused on Maths, building educational content for a global market
- Set standards for high-quality content through training and review of your team’s work
- Analyse international curricula and build content for new markets
- Get your hands dirty by dealing with the data involved in tracking, managing and distributing our content across an international market
- Actively contribute to the Content Operations team who are responsible for strategy and process improvement across an 60 person team

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ATOMI
- You have an exceptional academic track record from both high-school and university
- Experience with managing + leading a team (e.g. running meetings, setting targets, giving feedback)
- A critical-thinker and problem-solver with the ability to think big, deal with conflicting priorities and manage resource constraints to hit ambitious team goals
- You have exceptional eye for quality and attention to detail in both written and quantitative work
- You have entry-level data analysis skills
- Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills. You can build strong, trusted relationships with ease.
- You have a genuine passion for education - especially at the high school level
