**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Finance Partner Business Support will report to the Senior Finance Business Partner, the Finance Business Partner Support is responsible for developing strong partnerships with the senior management and the management of the designated portfolio in the provision of finance and business support.

There are two (2) permanent full time positions available. The roles will be based in Gladesville and will be relocating to the new State Operations Centre in Sydney Olympic Park.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes:

- Relevant accounting tertiary qualifications, and CA/CPA qualifications (or working towards these qualifications).
- Aptitude to undertake analysis of complex financial and performance related data and to develop succinct interpretations of trends and issues arising from such an analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in end of month reconciliations, journals, assisting in budgeting forecasting and preparing financial reports.
- Strong track record of achievement with a focus for continuous improvement
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment by identifying the path and priorities to successfully deliver work in a way that is both timely and robust, including in partnership with other teams and organisations.
- Effective communicator and active listener, and through these skills, readily identify and help support the needs of your team and stakeholders.
