You will be capable of leading strategically, thinking critically, and acting on the broader purpose of the system. Stimulating ideas and innovation by gathering insights and embracing new ideas to inform future practice is vital. Furthermore, you should be able to lead change in complex environments with focus and optimism and make insightful decisions based on insight into the broader context.

As a leader you will develop talent, build enduring relationships for the collaborative delivery of customer-focused outcomes, and inspire others by driving clarity, engagement, and a sense of purpose. Driving accountability and outcomes through professionalism, persistence, and transparency is crucial, as is fostering healthy and inclusive workplaces where health, safety, and wellbeing are promoted and prioritised.

If you are an experienced leader with a passion for driving economic growth and positive change, we encourage you to apply. Become part of our team and help shape the future of Queensland's economy.
