**Our Purpose**
**Rehab Management, part of the Arriba Group, manages a substantial portfolio, working with some of Australia’s largest organisations, including Australia’s top insurers, large Federal and State government departments and other key agencies including the Department of Veteran Affairs.

The group was founded in 1998 by Marcella Romero, a strategic, passionate and innovative leader who expanded a one-woman home office to three successful enterprises: Rehab Management, AimBig Employment and LiveBig.

**About You**
- AHPRA or ESSA registration & tertiary degree
- Tertiary degree in **Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology** or **Physiotherapy**:

- Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
- Pride yourself on stakeholder management and communication skills

**The Role**
- Collaborate and work closely with treatment providers (including Doctors, Specialists, and Allied Health Professionals to ensure the best recovery outcomes for your clients
- Providing clinical opinions and justification through report writing
- Attend a variety of workplaces on a weekly basis, and learn the physical demands and responsibilities of a number of job roles to support a safe and timely return to work or maintenance at work
- Educating workplaces on how to manage and prevent workplace injuries
- Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients

**Your Next Step**

At Rehab Management and Arriba Group we aim to protect you and our clients therefore we require all potential employees to undergo a number of compliance and qualification checks. These checks, include (but not limited to), police background checks, NDIS clearance, qualifications check and Working with Children's check as well as a current unrestricted Australian driver's licence. Unsuccessful or unsatisfactory clearance will result in an unsuccessful outcome.
