INGALL ST EATERY is an up and coming Eatery in Mayfield at the Mayfield Bowling Club. We are looking for a new head chef to take over a progressive kitchen. Clientele include Mayfield’s young families, solid Vegetarian and Vegan Customer base and long time regulars.

The club is known for supporting up and coming bands and providing plenty of non bowls activities for families and patrons.

To be considered for the role you need to have a relevant industry experience in a similar position.

Your Role:

- Welcome guests and assist with seating, reservations and guest inquiries
- Maintain a clean and inviting Front of House environment
- Make coffees and assist with desserts as needed
- Work with the kitchen to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner
- Take orders accurately
- Deliver excellence in all aspects of guest interaction
- Manage 1st level Customer concerns or feedback and know when to escalate if required

**Salary**: $20.33 - $34.99 per hour

Expected hours: 19 - 38 per week
