**Objective**:
As The Memo’s Market Editor, you'll be an integral part of the Content team, collaborating closely with eComm and Merch teams to curate a premier shopping experience on. Your primary goal will be to enhance conversion rates and UPT (units per transaction) through exceptional storytelling and selling.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Craft compelling product copy**: You'll be the guardian of product descriptions that really showcase why something is part of our careful curation, and helpful to new parents.
- **Optimise content integration**: Seamlessly weave our engaging content into product pages and collections, constantly striving to enhance the shopping journey from the customer’s POV.
- **Strategic merchandise placement**: Utilise platforms like Shopify and Search Spring to strategically position products, maximising online sales while considering business margins, product performance, and stock levels.
- **Website backend proficiency or a strong willingness to learn**: Experience with backend operations or a keen interest in understanding website dynamics.
- **Exceptional writing skills**: The ability to articulate product narratives that resonate with our audience.
- **Impeccable taste and a confident perspective**: A discerning eye for quality and a decisive approach to product selection.
- **Interest in parenthood**: An understanding of the needs and preferences of our target demographic.
- **Retail experience or customer-centric mindset**: Insight into the retail landscape and an innate understanding of customer needs.
- **Positive attitude**: A proactive and collaborative mindset that thrives in a dynamic work environment.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
