**About your role**:
As the first point of contact at our Aged Care facility, the Customer Service Officer will provide a high level of Customer service to all visitors, Residents and staff. You will:

- Welcome visitors, greet Residents and attend to their queries
- Provide general administrative support to the executive and management team including training and meeting bookings
- Accurately maintain assigned registers, databases, stationery, and equipment supplies
- Reconcile invoices, correctly coded and distributed for payment in a timely manner and prepare and lodge banking
- Manage the requisition of stationary and other supplies
- Ensure accurate update, distribution and input of daily timesheets

**About you**:

- Business or Administration qualifications or equivalent experience
- Intermediate ability to use IT systems including Microsoft Suite
- Previous administration experience, including invoicing
- Excellent Resident service, communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve problems, high levels of initiative and use discretion
