The Variations Administration Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of high-quality documentation and contract administration to support the growing function.

In this brand new role you will be reporting to the Senior Finance & Commercial Variations manager and working alongside the Finance and Commercial team to support MTM in its activities. The role will be the central point of coordination for Contract Variations and annual Budget Forecast Program activities, including supporting the facilitation of meetings, workshops and development of business reporting.

The role will also maintain and update program documentation and contribute to the design and improvement of associated business processes and procedures. This is a fast paced environment needing initiative, enthusiasm and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and timeliness of work deliverables.

About the Role:
As the Finance and Commercial Administration Coordinator, you will:

- Effectively provide administrative and corporate support across the end-to-end Contract Variations Program activities
- Manage and maintain electronic records and document management databases such as SharePoint, Teams sites, Excel trackers and network folder directories
- Ensure program compliance in-line with agreed structures and naming conventions
- Effectively build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders ensuring all stakeholders are satisfied with the service they have received
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Contract Variations processes, procedures, and governance
- Produce timely and accurate reporting on claims management statuses, where possible identify reporting uplift and opportunities to improve.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Exceptional administrative skills, with multiple years’ experience within an Administrative/ Coordination role
- Ability to demonstrate excellent Stakeholder Management, with a proven history of stakeholder/client satisfaction
