**The position**
- As a Government and Corporate Account Manager at Intaserve, you will attract and deal directly with high-value customers, ensuring their digital assets are secure.

An average day may include any or all of the following tasks:

- Making changes to customer services, ensuring all internal protocols are strictly followed
- Acquiring and onboarding new customers

This is a permanent full-time position based in our office with four weeks of annual personal leave and two weeks of sick/carers leave.

To be the best in this role, we are looking for people with the following attributes:

- Articulate and able to communicate with high-value customers
- Relationship building and outstanding negotiating skills
- Strictly adhere to internal policies and procedures
- Efficient problem-solving skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Previous experience preparing customer proposals, tender responses and sales reports

Any previous experience in the following areas would be highly regarded:

- Domain names
- DNS
- Cloud
