Security Guard

**Location**: Oxford Street, Darlinghurst

**Timings**: 9:00 PM - 3:30 AM

We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Guard to join our team, where you’ll work alongside a trusted colleague to maintain security and support our staff.

As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and enjoyable environment within the club. Your main duties will involve overseeing the stage area and interacting with both patrons and staff to address any issues that may arise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the stage and main areas of the club to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests.
- Work closely with another trusted security guard to manage and respond to any incidents or disruptions.
- Communicate effectively with club staff to coordinate responses and maintain smooth operations.
- Enforce club rules and policies while interacting with guests in a respectful and professional manner.
- Provide a visible security presence to deter potential issues and assist with crowd control as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Valid NSW Security License.
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
- First Aid certification.
- Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Must be available to work from 9:00 PM to 3:30 AM.

**Uniform**:

- All Black Uniform.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 17 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Fixed shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekends only
