**About the Role**

The successful applicant will work as part of a dedicated team to meet (and exceed) company targets. This is a full-time position, based in Thornton, NSW. As an Engineering Administration Assistant, your daily duties will include:

- Assisting the Engineering department with project task planning by maintaining the documentation of these projects in the relevant software.
- Compiling certifications and technical information for the Verification Equipment Dossier (VED) / Manufacturers Document Reports (MDR).
- Compiling & issuing inspection test plans (ITP).
- Maintain Access database for Approval/Certifications and ensure all documentation is updated in the QA system.
- Assisting Engineering Department with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, answering inbound phone calls and being responsible for minutes of meetings.
- Completed Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent on the job education/experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the confidence to work autonomously.
- Previous experience in Document Control or proven experience within a position that requires strong attention to detail.
- Computer literate and comfortable in Microsoft suite including Word, Excel and Access. Additional exposure to Jira would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Driver’s License (required).
