Our client is a dynamic and growing organization at the forefront of retail industry. As the company continues to expand its operations, they are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tester with specific experience in SuccessFactors,UKG, Payroll, and Rostering systems to join our talented team.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Tester with expertise in Kronos, Payroll, and Rostering systems, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Test Planning and Execution**:

- Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements.
- Execute test cases to validate the functionality and performance of Kronos, Payroll, and Rostering systems.
- ** Kronos System Testing**:

- Conduct thorough testing of the Kronos system to identify and report defects.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and ensure system integrity.
- ** Payroll and Rostering System Validation**:

- Perform testing activities related to Payroll and Rostering modules to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and document discrepancies, working closely with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- ** Regression Testing**:

- Execute regression tests to ensure that system changes do not adversely impact existing functionality.
- Develop and maintain regression test suites for Kronos, Payroll, and Rostering components.
- ** Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to understand system requirements and ensure testing alignment.
- Provide clear and detailed reports on test progress, defects, and overall system quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Tester with a focus on Kronos, Payroll, and Rostering systems.
- In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and workforce management systems.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
- Experience with automated testing tools related to Kronos, Payroll, or Rostering systems.
