We’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and dedicated Outreach/ Education caseworker with relevant tertiary qualifications Certificate 4 in Community Welfare and or Social work qualifications with a minimum of 2 years working experience working in the health and social welfare sector to be part of our team.

Position Brief:
The Outreach worker works closely with the case management team and provides case management and outreach to support and empower people in the transgender, gender-questioning, and gender-diverse community who may be struggling with various health and welfare issues.

Hours, of employment: 28 hours 4 days per week: Monday 9 am to 4.30 Wednesday 4 pm to 11.30 pm Thursday 9am to 4.30 pm and Friday 9 am to 4.30 pm

Award: Social, Community, Home Care, and Disability Services Award Community Services Worker

**Salary**: SACS level 3 Pay Point 3 plus superannuation and salary packaging.
