**The Role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator with excellent communication and planning skills to join our team Based in our Stapylton office on the northern end of the Gold Coast, this is a key role within our national marketing and sales team.

Key aspects of this role include coordinating the digital presence across website and social media, EDM campaigns, working with our partner design agency to develop signage and brochures, and liaising with our sales representatives throughout the country.

You will also be responsible for collaboratively creating marketing campaigns targeting everyone from home DIYers to landscapers, builders, architects and even engineers.

Adbri Masonry is Australia’s leading masonry manufacturing supplying award winning architectural and landscaping products to builders, installers, resellers, Bunnings and homeowners. As a wholly owned division of ASX 200 Company Adbri Ltd, you will be joining a welcoming, diverse team with sites all over Australia.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the development, updates and distribution of marketing brochures, sales flyers and other promotional collateral.
- Coordination of the marketing team (2 people) to best service the Business requirements Nationally
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders to identify sales enablement tools and marketing resources for development
- Coordinate the maintenance and update Adbri Masonry website to ensure accuracy of information
- Collaborate with partners such as design and web development agency, PR studio, printers, photographers etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, creative, and product development, to ensure a consistent brand message.
- Coordinate events and promotions, including trade shows, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices
- Monthly reporting on all marketing performance.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Well organised with strong time coordination skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing or communications will be highly regarded.
- Experience within the marketing and/or PR industry.
- Experience managing agencies, working with external stakeholders, and representing brands autonomously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
