- 259287**Our Federal Government Client is seeking a User Interface (UI) Designer.**

This is a long-term contract role of 12 months with a possible extension of 6 months, located at our client's office in ACT, NSW, or QLD. The working arrangements are flexible, with at least 2 days in the office a week recommended.
- Generate ideas and deliver user-experience design solutions that ensure a high quality of experience, consistency, and usability across multiple digital platforms and devices.
- Design assets that support an end-to-end product design process, such as wireframes, prototypes, site or journey maps, IA, card-sorting, expert reviews, etc., for testing with consumers and healthcare professionals for delivery to product and development teams.
- Work in an agile environment with a view to deliver iteratively, efficiently, and with lean principles in mind. Participate in activities that support this, such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and showcases.
- Conduct and participate in user-testing and co-design practices.
- Maintain and develop design systems, component libraries, and style guides for digital products.
- Create amazing user-centered design solutions, as demonstrated by your portfolio of work.

**To be successful in this role, you should have**:

- Experience in generating ideas and delivering user-experience design solutions.
- Experience designing assets for an end-to-end product design process.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Experience in conducting and participating in user-testing and co-design practices.
- Experience in maintaining and developing design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
- A portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating amazing User-Centred design solutions.
- Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

**It is desirable if you have**:

- Experience in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and/or Axure.
