**The Role**
- We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planner to join our Bridges team in Canberra. As a Financial Planner at Bridges, you will be accountable for managing the advice needs of existing clients, the conversion of prospective clients and the introduction of new clients. A Financial Adviser should demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and act in the client’s best interests at all times.**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively source, engage and manage client referrals and key referral relationships as per Bridges referral partner strategies
- Meet all client growth related KPIs
- Leverage the evolving Insignia digital platforms and advice processes to drive productivity, compliance and client engagement
- Deliver personal advice that is in adherence to the Bridges Advice Process
- Manage designated client relationships, ensuring service deliverables and client experience expectations are met
- Ensure all incidents, complaints and audit remediation activities are completed in satisfaction of Insignia’s compliance requirements
- Coach clients to adopt evolving technologies and processes
- Seek opportunities to coach and mentor colleagues and continuously build capability of all team members within market, ensuring high levels of cross skilling and deep technical expertise
**To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess**:
- RG146 (Diploma Financial Planning) Compliant (minimum education standard)
- Approved Degree is highly desirable
- Successfully passed Adviser exam (mandatory for Authorisation)
- Approved course in Australian Tax Law and a course in Commercial Tax (mandatory)
