**The role**

**Requirements**:
If you're a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in HR this is your chance to be part of a global team.

You will have strong customer service experience, within a structured and fast pace environment. You will be well supported by an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager based out of Melbourne and be comfortable working within a global team.

**Your skills/experience**
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a strong customer focus and an ability to influence key decision makers.
- Results focused with a drive to improve and adapt to business needs.
- Strong negotiator with good business acumen to drive best outcomes for the organisation.
- Experience in a vibrant and fast-paced environment, with solid exposure to recruitment across multiple streams and various complexity levels
- Exposure to ATS systems or other Recruitment CRMs as well as ability to leverage networks in the market
- Experience driving recruitment processes that focus on providing
