Are you a Mortgage Broker looking for a refreshing change that will truly allow you to reach your potential?

We are looking for multiple Mortgage Advisors for our growing client. Headquartered in Melbourne they have opportunities for new starters currently as they expand the team here in Brisbane due to unprecedented growth. High performers can earn $150k + in this uncapped commission structure.

If you are already a broker but looking for a fresh approach, more support and more leads, then this role for you. If you are dreaming of starting your career as a broker but aren't sure how, this role is also for you.

These are exciting opportunities for people who love to build trust and rapport with customers, find solutions and close out deals.

Primarily phone based, you will be handed fully qualified leads and then will be required to take the customer on a journey to securing their ideal loan and helping them reach their investment goals.

Our client has a hybrid work model which means that once you are you can work from home on multiple days a week. You will also be provided with full training and ongoing development to keep you at the top of your game in this always evolving industry.

**About you**:

- A Cert IV in Mortgage Broking
- You have at least 6 - 12 moths home lending experience from a Bank, Non Bank Lender or as a Broker or Brokers associate.
- You are a natural at engaging with clients over the phone, building trust and rapport
- You have excellent follow up and time management skills
- You are self motivated with an achievement focused spirit that drives you to perform
- You love the dynamic of a team and contributing ideas and energy to the broader business
