We are looking for multiple Mortgage Advisors for our growing client. Headquartered in Melbourne they have opportunities for new starters in Brisbane currently as they expand the team here in QLD due to unprecedented growth. High performers can earn $150k + in this uncapped commission structure.

Primarily phone based, you will be handed fully qualified leads and then will be required to take the customer on a journey to securing their ideal loan and helping them reach their investment goals.

Our client has a hybrid work model which means you can work from home on multiple days a week. You will also be provided with full training and ongoing development to keep you at the top of your game in this always evolving industry

**About you**:

- You have at least 6 - 12 moths home lending experience from a Bank, Non Bank Lender or as a Broker or Brokers associate.
- If you hold a Cert IV in Mortgage Broking then great, if not we will support you in attaining it during your induction.
- You are a natural at engaging with clients over the phone, building trust and rapport.
- You have excellent follow up and time management skills
- You are self motivated with an achievement focused spirit that drives you to perform
- You love the dynamic of a team and contributing ideas and energy to the broader business.
