- Enhancement of the Merchant Customer Experience including onboarding, servicing across digital, virtual and physical channels
- Supporting team members with career growth and managing talent

**How will I help?**
- Lead agile delivery and execution of programs of work to enhance our Merchant Service experience, including feature uplift and new capability delivery on the Merchant Digital Platform
- Lead agile delivery and execution of work to address Critical Risk Non-Pricing
- Central point of delivery and orchestration for all customer and banker facing merchant servicing system enhancements on the Merchant Digital Platform
- Accountable for scoping, capture of business requirements and delivery execution of all Westpac Group changes to systems and processes as they pertain to enhancing the merchant service experience
- Develop and maintain initiative pipeline for Merchant Service Transformation Squad.
- Provide input into investment prioritisation and plan refinement to facilitate portfolio planning.
- Effective management of Squad Risks, Issues, Dependencies and contentions in conjunction with Transformation Service Owners

**What do I need?**
- Solid understanding of Merchant Payments ecosystem, design principles and metrics
- 5+ years of experience working in Agile Transformation in a leadership capacity
- Strong communication skills and negotiating and influencing skills, including the ability to deliver results across teams outside your direct reporting lines;
- Ability to work collaboratively and integrate the work of many across the Group
- Ability to operate across and coordinate multiple priorities - this is essential as the role requires management of agile projects, engagement of indirect & non-reports to deliver outcomes;
- Strong focus on delivery/outcomes - you will be expected to make informed decisions in an agile manner and deliver tangible outcomes at speed.
- Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders across divisions
