PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage.

Over the last 30 years we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services, with more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fleet Production Manager to efficiently manage the direct day-to-day operational activities of our local and remote fleet Production teams. Working in close alignment with site managers and customer service teams, you will be responsible for setting, amending and communicating all aspects of fleet production.

**About you**
- You are an inspirational leader with a passion for effective processing operations, HSEQ & service delivery;
- You are a problem-solver, able to resolve complex and service delivery issues to meet the needs on internal and external stakeholders;
- You possess competencies in line with methodologies such as vehicle production planning and fleet administration;
- You possess technical aptitude within the automotive industry;
- You have highly developed communication (written and verbal) skills, with the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence;
- You have the ability to engage with team members at all levels and utilise your relationships to achieve operational KPIs and efficiencies;
- You are a solution focussed approach and a demonstrated background in production and people management.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Managing both local and remote teams, systems and processes to ensure project targets are met;
- Managing customer relationships and engagements in conjunction with the Customer Service teams while identifying and streamlining production-based customer service improvements;
- With an understanding of fleet and/or technical methodologies, you will be called on to assist and at times lead production faciing problems to form and implement solutions;
- In partnership witgh the Customer Service Team, process current order intake to permit parts ordering nationwide and downstream production planning;
- Production Planning;
- Supports Senior Leadership Team in setting strategy for the Fleet Services team and provides vision, direction, motivation to the team and the wider business;
- Utilises reports in analysing information and monitoring trends in order to identify new opportunities;
- Assists Head Office with contract procurement, operational analysis and pricing proposals;
- Ensure Prixcar’s Quality System and total quality management is implemented and understood for all aspects of service, workmanship, procedures, work instructions and conformance to company standards;
- Promote a continuously improving service culture within the branch and implement quality principles;
- Perform or assist with quality audits and implement any corrective actions where necessary;
- Promoting and ensuring a safe and heathy working environment.
