The Role
- Liaising with other IT Services teams and customers including business owners, ensuring sound advice is given regarding all aspects of administrative and systems support.
- Assisting in the resolution of issues escalated by Tier 0 & 1 (IT Service Desk) and other teams within IT Services, ensuring incidents, requests and problems are resolved within short timeframes to a very high standard.

What you’ll bring to this role
- Degree with minimum 4 years’ subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create systematic and manual documentation in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills illustrating experience with business process modelling and functional and technical requirements analysis.
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks under pressure.
