- How you will make contributions that matter:
- In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with your leadership skills and dedication to customer service, to ensure the delivery of high quality IT services to our 3000 employees in Australia. This will include:
- Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of 3 IT Support professionals
- Managing escalations with end users at all levels of the business
- Vendor management
- Managing commercials / financials, including contracts / pricing and accruals
- Collaboration with colleagues in Australia and globally on strategic projects
- About you:
- We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience leading and engaging a team of IT Service professionals
- A customer centric approach
- The ability to build excellent working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of a variety of peripherals eg laptop builds, RF devices, AV equipment, mobile devices
