**The Responsibilities**

Working as part of a highly effective team, you will enjoy the challenge of joining an established team and bringing your specialist skills to enhance the group. Become the “hero” of one brand and cross train across all brands to support the team and provide an excellent customer experience. Full training will be provided, however, if you have exposure to snow sports that would be great Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Managing orders from customers
- Communicate regularly with customers (inbound and outbound)
- Cross selling and upselling as required
- Liaising with warehouse staff
- Managing warranty and returns
- Invoicing
- Reporting

**Benefits**

This is a great team who enjoy working together and supporting a broad base of clients including large retail chains to small retailers. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with regular customers in an industry specialty. Full product training will be provided. This position supports the Australian and New Zealand operations and therefore the hours work on a rotating roster between the hours of 5.30am and 4.30pm in Summer and 6.30am - 4.30pm in winter (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday). If you love early starts and early finishes this would be ideal, however, if you prefer normal business hours there are also rosters to accommodate, however some rotation may be required. **Background**

Strong customer service skills is the first criteria we are seeking combined with an interest in recreational sporting or leisure goods industry particularly snow sports comes a very close second In addition we are seeking;
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience (retail or wholesale)
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and follow through skills
- Team player
- Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP would be highly regarded but not essential
