Information Technology at BlueScope have embarked on an exciting enterprise technology transformation, that will continue to support our business and customers now, and for the future.

The role of the Techcare team member is to provide on-site IT Support Services, including provisioning and maintenance of software and hardware, user profile and account configuration, incident management, and user assistance.

This role will be based in Port Kemblla NSW

**What Will You Do?**

You will:

- Provide on-site technical assistance to IT service providers, enabling effective management of incidents and services requests.
- Act as a key point of contact for the business into IT by:

- Providing relevant information on technology changes that will impact their operations.
- Understanding key challenges for ASP sites and end-users, documenting high level requirements for internal IT teams and service providers
- Assist users with provisioning and maintenance of software and hardware systems.
- Assist service providers in managing an appropriate level of spares on-site.
- Identification of incident trends and liaising with relevant service providers to actively manage recurring incidents or problems
- Communicate in a professional manner with end users and Bluescope Management regarding the status of resolution of issues
- Provide VIP IT support for Senior business leaders and executives.
- Educate users on appropriate use of software and hardware systems in line with policy, procedure, and best practice.
- Maintain, manage, and update relevant IT records. (Observe Change, Incident and Request fulfilment process requirements to maintain accuracy of records)

**More About You**

With your experience working in IT technical services you will:

- Have a relevant qualification in IT preferably ITIL certification
- Have experience of working within IT service delivery frameworks, methodologies and process implementation
- Have demonstrated ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Be familiar with Office365 and Windows 10
- Have experience with A/V Hardware and Systems
- Exposure to Apple products and ServiceNow will be looked upon favourably
- Have a valid Australian drivers licence
