Reporting to the ANZ Regional Head, the Account Executive (Public Sector) will be a big part of our growth journey as we expand exponentially in ANZ Region

**What You will Do**:

- This role is focused on Public Sector and specifically VIC Government
- This is a hybrid role encompassing farming and hunting
- You will work closely with Sales and Consulting team to evangelize and take Fractal services and products into VIC Govt.
- Develop and close new opportunities, renewals, whilst maintaining strong customer relations in line with Fractal’s unique propositions
- Build and manage an effective sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Bring insights and experience in areas such as Analytics, Data and Cloud Engineering, Business intelligence and digital transformation
- Lead the collaboration between onshore and offshore technical and non-technical teams to support the realization of business opportunities
- Initiate solution conversations, programs, and resources across the region to deliver all outcomes for your defined portfolio and opportunities
- Manage Department Head relations at your clients and Generate exec level leads through professional networking and conducting face-face, or virtual sales meetings
- Convert opportunities through consultative selling, manage the full negotiation and close process, and handle the transition of these projects to the respective Engagement Manager
- Work with the Fractal’s consulting and capabilities team to selling and grow the footprint and demonstrate commercial agility and acuity for effectively articulating the Fractals’ value proposition and diagnosing the prospective client’s business needs and problems
- Work with consulting, staffing, hiring teams to forecast and manage people demands

**Required Qualifications**:

- You will have previous knowledge and worked in Public Sector
- Experience in services and consulting sales and knowledge of delivery and execution
- Demonstrated ability to lead, win and successfully deliver manage services engagements
- Ability to develop deep client relationships and drive the advisory and analytics agenda
- Proficiency in negotiation skills and opportunity management experience
- Expertise to work across different service lines to add value to client conversations
- Experience selling/working with Data Analytics, AIML, Data Engineering Services will be nice to have
- Experience with revenue responsibility
- Understanding of managing and forecasting a complex sale process
- Strong interpersonal skills: can quickly build rapport and deliver compelling, persuasive arguments to an executive-level audience
- Solid understanding of business concepts & dynamics for Australian Public Sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full Australian work rights with no restrictions.

Pay: $50,848.42 - $150,000.00 per year
