**About the Project - SA Water**:
In a JV with Guidera O’Connor, John Holland is delivering capital projects for SA Water under a four-year framework agreement for up to $500m, focused on water services across southern metropolitan Adelaide and regional areas of South Australia. JHGO’s scope of work encompasses a diverse range of portfolios, including Water South, Major Projects, External and Strategic projects.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advancing the Pre-TOC program and directly aiding in achieving on-time delivery of critical milestones, thus maintaining project momentum and timelines.
- Design Program Integration, developing and incorporating the Design program into the Pre-TOC program.
- Establish and manage the process of planning, creating detailed programs and monitoring performance.
- Work as part of the SA Water JHGO tender/design and delivery team
- Early identification and communication of issues and opportunities to the Projects team
- Support Project Managers in report interpretation of project monitoring systems, particularly focussing on time, cost, resources & quality (project controls & earned value). Ensure that planning and controls reports generated across projects provide maximum cost and time forecasting certainty for projects.
- Interface with the design team, project team, partners, clients, stakeholders, consultants, vendors, subcontractors for management of the planning function and to drive key outcomes.

**To be successful in this key role, you must have**:

- A minimum of 6 years’ experience working within a Planner position across pre-contracts, design, and project delivery.
- Tertiary degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines - Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in Engineering, Construction, Planning and Project Controls
- Use of planning software & tools such as Primavera Project Planning, Time Chainage Charts, Earned value and Cash Flow Analysis
- Strong organisational and communication skills
