At Konecranes and Demag, we are part of a Global organisation that has been in operation for over 80 years. With operations in over 50 countries worldwide, we are currently seeking a passionate, energetic and engaging Planner to join Consultation Services team.

Based in Export Park Adelaide, and reporting to the Lead Planner South East, you will be responsible for planning and executing Service work for the Adelaide branch.

**Your Role**
- Planning, prioritising and scheduling planned work in Adelaide
- Onboarding new personnel
- Co-ordinating site inductions, maintaining current processes
- Maintaining compliance within the team
- Effectively communicating the planning process and timelines to customers, operatives and subcontractors
- Coordinate travel bookings for the Service Team
- Supporting the Service Team with other administrative duties as required

**About You**
- A minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and team members,
- Demonstrated ability to plan jobs and develop a work scope
- Excellent time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills with experience working with the Office 365 Suite of products (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Safety Conscious
- An understanding and awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
