**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for an operation manager who will be working closely with the director carrying out and managing the day to day operations of the company. The position involves preparation, management and execution of various production works. It also involves client liaison, drafting, planning and supervision of AAM services from project enquiry through to completion and delivering the ordered scope of works.

**Duties Include**:
Day to Day management of account customers

Liaising with clients regarding jobs and preparing jobs for production - Includes clarifying customer’s scope of work, reviewing engineering design for manufacturing, preparing new orders for fabrications, making materials take off for stock checking and or purchasing, CAD drawing, sketching, modifying for NC processing and review suppliers quotations.

Liaising with the production team - Includes planning a production schedule, determining quality control standards, selection of appropriate welding procedures and monitoring quality standards, overseeing production processes, fixing any production problems and implementing improvements to the production process.

General duties include estimating materials and production costs for new enquires, preparing quotes, proactively participate in safety and statutory compliance, make and review risk assessments, implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures, implementing cost control programs, monitoring and review the performance of staff and organize necessary improvements.

Trade qualification in fabrication or degree qualification with relevant mechanical production exposure

Previous experience of a minimum of 5 years in metal production environment

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
