We are expanding our business overseas to the Asian region, and currently focusing on our new offices in Malaysia and India.

About the role: We are seeking a full time, motivated, multi-skilled, experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team, in a very rewarding and interesting global industry. Your full-time wages will be reviewed after a probationary period of 3 months.

**Job Responsibility**
- Conducting job evaluations
- Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies
- Coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants
- Negotiating terms and conditions of employment with staff
- Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes.
- Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data
- Write and present information briefings on a range of HR related topics.
- Advising on staff development (training session, seminars, and team building activities)
- Determine variance in the payroll and reconcile discrepancy, salary to be disbursed with all the compensations included as per standard rules.
- Ensure wages and tax holdings that comply with regulations, roll out the pay slips to employees.
- Manage the employee management database, scheduling bank payments.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
- Consulting on issues related to workplace relations and performance management.
- Providing advice and assistance on policies, procedures, legislation, and enterprise agreement

**Education/Skills / Experience Required**
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be updated with all the current legal affairs, changes in the rules as per regulations and implemented accordingly.
- Must be able to work both with blue collar and white-collar employees in the organization.
- Be team players and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills are also essential.
- Ability to collaborate and deliver performance management procedures to managers.
- Ability to Advise companies on payroll, employment law, labor relations and related areas.
- Reviewing HR policies and practices
- Creating and implementing HR plans and strategies.
- Conducting employee relations training
- Advanced knowledge of state and federal employment laws of Australia and India(specifically)
- Preferred communicating in Hindi/Mandarin/ Cantonese and English.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience as an HR Advisor,

In a product based or manufacturing industry.
- Must have master’s degree, with specialization in Human Resources.
- Any additional courses or memberships related to HR will be an advantage.

**Task Included**
- Executed programs to foster employee engagement.
- Oversaw employee hotline, Address employee concern as and when necessary.
- Assists with screening applicants, sourcing resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interviews.
- Able to work on future workforce needs, making maximum use of employee’s skills and ability.
- Work and collaborate with different professions to organize in-house activities.
- Schedules meetings, jots down minutes of meetings and maintains records of all the necessary documents.
- Open to address the concerns and grievances of employees.
- Planning of budgets for the departments and suggest necessary cost cuttings to the organization.
- Track the feedback at various instances, review it and put forth the outcomes of the feedback.
- Develop performance trackers and project drafts for evaluation.

Job type: Full time permanent.
