**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression
- Schedule appointments and manage the physiotherapists' calendar efficiently, considering the demands of a busy environment
- Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and provide accurate information about our services
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our commitment to excellence
- Collaborate closely with the physiotherapy team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
- Handle patient payments and manage billing processes with attention to detail
- Continuously update patient records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse individuals
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to thrive in a busy environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing appointments, patient records, and billing processes
- Empathy and compassion to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for our patients

**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
