**We’re on the hunt for a Social Media and Video expert to lead the digital platforms for Jase and Lauren In The Morning at KIIS 101.1**.
This exciting opportunity as ‘Digital Content Producer’ will be responsible for leading the charge and ‘owning’ our Breakfast Show’s digital platforms. We want you to take the reins of the show’s Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging platforms to drive even more engagement with the show online while leading the charge to get more ears listening to the Jase & Lauren Catch-Up Podcast.

You’ll be working within a close-knit team to idea, produce and execute best-in-class social media content that’s fun, engaging and makes audiences love Jase & Lauren.

**About the role**:

- Capturing the essence of Jase and Lauren’s breakfast show and showcasing it across our social media platforms.
- Creating and publishing daily video content to showcase the best of the show to reach new audiences.
- Generating innovative social and video ideas that will attract new audiences to social, website, podcast and broadcast platforms.
- Finding new, creative ways to deliver objective-driven social media content at pace and in-line with key show and station objectives and messaging.
- Honing and demonstrating the online voice of the show across all Jase & Lauren social channels.
- Assisting KIIS 101.1 and KIIS Network Digital Content Producers to repackage and share Jase & Lauren digital content for new audiences.

**About you**:

- Strong experience using Adobe Creative Cloud apps, particularly Premiere Pro is a must. Experience with After Effects, Photoshop and Audition is a bonus.
- History of producing social content that has grown audiences, engagements and delivered on other key metrics.
- Energy, hunger and passion for digital and audio content along with a drive to be the best in the digital space.
- Strong written skills with a penchant for writing attention-grabbing captions.
- An understanding of content publishing via a CMS (preferably WordPress).
- An ability to work autonomously and organise resources for competing priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
