**The Opportunity**
- tactical campaigns would include (and not limited to) all brand campaigns, retail campaigns and any adhoc/reactionary campaigns.

This would include tasks such as:

- Plan, design, implement and optimise content experiences and merchandising activities across web, mobile and emerging channels ensuring audience targeting and relevancy, quality and accuracy of imagery and messaging - right time, right channel, right person
- Work collaboratively with Content, Design, Marketing, Product and related teams to deliver the experiences making recommendations on how to get best use of the channel for our audiences, including content and targeting recommendations and designing test strategies in partnership with Marketing teams.
- Share insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to Bupa brand guidelines and design systems to maintain design quality

**What You’ll Bring**

To be considered for this role you will have:

- At least 2+ years’ experience working as a digital / web / or content producer with a background and interest in digital production
- Experience working across a wide range of digital projects (content or product)
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategy based on strong research and data analysis or competitive reviews
- Skills in Adobe platforms such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager, Sitecore and Tealium. Audience Manager / Tealium would be highly desirable or equivalent
- Familiarity with analytical tools and sets to produce compelling web-based solutions
- Ability to estimate delivery of digital projects and/or product assessment.
- Tertiary degree in a relevant field and experience within Health Insurance industry would be preferred
- Ideally hold experience in web platform development and content management systems
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Have some HTML/CSS, browser interaction, and SEO knowledge - experience working with developers would be advantageous
