Payroll Compliance Specialist role within an innovative, progressive industry within west-Sydney
**Your new company**
Your new role will be amongst one of Sydney’s leading innovative companies that rise above in the current market due to their unique strategies and prospects. This company is located in the heart of Greater Western Sydney and close to major train lines. You will be working in a dynamic office culture with the flexibility of making the role your own as well as developing your skillsets and team alongside the Group Payroll Manager. If you consider yourself an expert in payroll compliance processes as well as ready to step up and share your payroll knowledge within a high performing team, then please make your presence be known
**Your new role**
In this role, you will be assisting the Payroll Manager with the following duties:
- Being atop of all legislation in relation to EAs and Awards that affect the end to end payroll duties for 5000+ employees
- Managing all updates and changes in compliance and awards
- Maintenance of all compliance changes in ERP softwares
- Initiative of sourcing all compliance and legislation changes and communicating these changes to all key stakeholders and HR business partners
- Educate all updates and changes to key team members and payroll team
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Perfect communications
- Previously experience working with complex EBAs and awards interpretations
- All round payroll knowledge: end to end expert
- Experience or ready to advance a payroll team with their current payroll processes and work alongside Payroll Management
- Eye for detail spotting the latest EA updates and changes to implement into team payroll processes
- Passion for compliance, payroll legislation and payroll award interpretation
