Loss Prevention Advisor

Due to recent changes and growth within the Loss Prevention Department, we are seeking a Loss Prevention Advisor that will be reporting to the Loss Prevention Manager.**About the Role Key Responsibilities**
- The Loss Prevention Advisor position will aid and assist in the implementation of our Loss Prevention strategies and shrinkage reduction across the business. We are looking for a Loss Prevention experienced, motivated and enthusiastic addition to the Loss Prevention Team. As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you’ll be responsible for conducting Loss Prevention audits, Stocktake reviews and investigations across Queensland.- You’ll be given the tools to get the job done, and this rewarding position allows you to interact with Managing Partners, Managers, and senior leadership within the business
- **, **to make a difference and get results.- This position will be based from our state office in Brisbane.- Responsibilities/accountabilities will include:
- Assisting with providing outstanding Loss Prevention support and follow-ups to stores as required
- Assisting the Loss Prevention Manager in working with Managing Partners and retail managers to minimise shrinkage across the business.
- Reporting any incidents or breaches of company policy to the Loss Prevention Manager
- Completing Loss Prevention Audits and checklists at stores across the areas of responsibility to ensure compliance to policy and procedures.
- Pro-actively identify internal theft and malpractice
- Conducting end to end investigations relating to internal theft matters
- Managing external theft issues and liaising with Police in relation to offenders
- Conduct store team awareness training covering all aspects of Loss Prevention
- Create, communicate and monitor stocktake action plans across high risk stores.
- Maintaining relationships with Loss Prevention contractors and providers
- Offering support for stores for serious incidents and security related matters

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in Loss Prevention and investigations including conducting Loss Prevention investigation interviews
- Have a passion for Loss Prevention and Retail
- Self-motivated with great time management skills
- Be able to work autonomously without direct supervision
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills to ensure all activity is being accurately followed and understood
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)**Application Instructions**
