We are looking for an experienced Big Box Assistant Store Manager who wants to make an impact in this family-owned and very successful large-format retailer

**About You**
- Big Box / High Volume retail experience in an ASM role required
- Love working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
- Passionate, motivating Manager who leads by inspiring teams to deliver
- Proven success in developing team members' skill and careers
- Hands-on leader, driving success through your presence on the floor
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- An ability to style shift to suit your audience
- Demonstrated ability to influence customer loyalty
- Love spending the majority of your day on the shop floor with your team and customers

**About the Role**
- Maintain high presentation standards in a fast-paced store of over 2,000 sq. meters
- Assist in managing high volume of deliveries and stock with clear communication to the team and warehouse
- Direct team in a fast-paced, always busy environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service - make their day
- Assist to manage team performance with a strong focus on training and development
- Drive the commerciality of each area of the store
- Manage loss prevention to increase profitability
