Stellar Recruitment have partnered with **Holovision**, who are the leading provider of spatial data and digital engineering solutions. You name an industry, and they are likely providing solutions to a number of the key players within it. Think commercial construction, mining, infrastructure - even film and television. Their impressive team offer services such as 3D Laser and Metrology Scanning, BIM, Construction Modelling, plus Surveying and Drone Services.

Whilst their current scope of well-established customers is impressive, they have identified that there are sectors of the market that could be amplified and built on. Now, after 6 years in business, Holovision are looking for a **General Manager** to help take the company to the next level and spearhead their growth in both local and international markets.

**About The Role**:
Whilst it’s a big role, we can break it down to the two crucial aspects:

- **Growing the** **Business**. The company has the track record, clients and horse power behind it - however, they need someone with a business development drive and industry knowledge to carve out and define the growth strategy.
- **Running the Business**. Broad and encapsulates a lot, we know. But, here we are looking for someone to oversee all operational aspects of Holovision. Someone who has the capability to implement processes and provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team. Additionally, you’ll be developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and driving revenue growth.

The position is Brisbane based but you will be able to conduct business travel as and when required. With a small local team currently in place, this person will be responsible for growing the headcount and overall capability over time.
- Please note - whilst we have called it a General Manager, we are open to tailoring the role and title to suit as long as the previously mentioned deliverables are achieved._

**What We Are Looking For**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Surveying is preferred but we are open to Engineering, Computer Science or others.
- Deep understanding of spatial data, geospatial technologies and digital engineering solutions.
- Expertise and proven track record growing the revenue and profitability of a successful business.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills supported by self-drive and inspirational leadership.
- Critical thinking and commercial awareness as you will own the strategic direction and financial control of the business.
