**The Company**
Our client is an international plumbing company that's been operating for over 25 years. They have recently won several maintenance contracts so due to an increased workload, they are looking at hiring a
**scheduler **based in Perth.
**Responsibilities**
- Action all supplier invoices and budget sheets
- Plan and schedule maintenance tasks based on priority, availability of resources, and urgency of the plumbing maintenance issue.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and update maintenance management software
- Assign work orders to maintenance staff and coordinate their activities
- Communicate with key stakeholders through the business
- Project admin and support as required
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working in a construction/plumbing environment
- Intermediate MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication skills
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to problem-solve
