**About the role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate customer orders and purchase orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date stock records and enter new items into the system.
- Liaise with boutique staff to address inquiries, provide support, and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in stocktakes and prepare necessary reports.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to set core ranges for all brands.
- Analyze stock proposals and manage back orders effectively.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate store transfers as needed.
**Skills and Experience**
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and inventory management systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, results-driven, and proactive approach.
- A customer-centric approach.
- Experience in a stock and retail environment would be highly desirable.
- Netsuite system experience and any AI data entry experience would be advantageous.
