We are looking for an experienced BDM to join our team.

**Role Overview**:
As a Business Development Manager at On Track Recruitment Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and expanding our market reach. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key clients, and promoting our services to potential clients within the blue-collar labor sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for business growth.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development within the blue-collar labor hire or recruitment industry, preferably in Western Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative business strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and exceeding expectations.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
