About Us
We are the public trustee of Victoria with a strategic vision to support Victorians in protecting and growing their legacy and financial wellbeing. With a sense of community, we offer critical financial and legal products and services including Will Writing, Powers of Attorney, Executor Services, Trustee Services and Personal Financial Administration.
About the Role
We assist more than 9500 Victorians who, due to disability, illness or injury and are unable to manage their financial and legal affairs and have been appointed to us to assist them by VCAT.
As the direct point of contact for clients through inbound and outbound calls and online chat, you will provide administrative support services and resolve enquiries.
Working in a large team, you will have the support of hands-on leaders and colleagues to provide superior customer service in this front-line rewarding role.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a busy client focused and team-based environment
- Ability to support a client centric culture
- Experience in delivering high quality client focused solutions to clients
- Relevant administration and customer service experience
- Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully to deliver and enhance the client experience
- Ability to take responsibility to provide a clear understanding, progress updates and resolution to clients with a first contact resolution mindset
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve services and enhance service excellence
- Well-developed professional communication skills
- Understanding and experience dealing with clients with a disability
- Competent financial literacy and understanding of simple budgets
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
